Hey. I just went to St. Louis, MO, yesterday. It was my school's honor trip, for kids who get good grades And I went to a book store in the mall that had Astral Dynamics. I bought it, and it seems like a good book. Have you guys read it before? If so, what do you think of it?

I haven't read Astral Dynamics, but I've read alot of Robert Bruce's online treatises and they were really interesting and informative.  I recently just read Adventures Beyond the Body by William Buhlham which is an excellent astral projection book.  I also recently read Journeys Out of the Body by Robert Monroe -- another classic.  And if you haven't read Out of Body Experiences: How to Have Them and What to Expect by Robert Peterson then, well, you should just drop whatever you are doing and read it right now...FOR FREE..........at this link: http://www.robertpeterson.org/obebook.html
