Wondering if we could focus on a place or time and meet out of body, just seein if anyone is up to trying this

Where would everyone feel comfy going out of body?  find a common ground or place that is fun or brings joy to poeple may be easyer

How about traveling on a higher dimensional ship of light around the solar system to check out the other planets? i have not remembered being on a ship in a long time that would be fun lets take a ride we can pic a night when we would like to go and put in our order for a nice fast ship lol

Mt Shasta? You are lucky. This could be an excellent place to meet. Maybe we should do the ship on our first session and Mt Shasta on our second?

This last week i have been going on a few rides to under sea bases and these rides seem very 3d to me, i just mention taken a ride and wow! lol

That sounds great lets try sunday morning, i have asked who they are and it is not time for me to know but alot of the beings i was with were not  human beings.

Any chance we could set up weekly meetings at Ms. Shasta and leave a 2 hour window open? I meet with a group of writers every week to share work and discuss any problems we're having.  Our writers group started small but it's really grown and we all get so much out it.

We could do the same thing. But we need to have a group facilitator to keep everyone on track. I'm really new at this but I'll do my best to show up. If we set the intent, at some point, it should really work. Right?

Definitely anything I post will be my perspective and not anyone else's. If my OBE doesn't work I will do remote viewing, as I did this morning before getting up. I figure remote viewing is a precursor to OBE so eventually I should have a more lucid experience.  When I'm attempting to see from a distance I know I am onto something when I relax my mind and a spontanous lucid image pops up. Funny, I got such an image of Michael last night sitting crosslegged . .  I saw his face. I wish I could verify that image.

We need to agree on a time range.

In one LD i had i was talking to a couple with a child telling them where to go to have fun around Mt Shasta, do you have a young boy and a wife with light hair or red hair?

I was out the other night so i thought i would call out Johns name to see if i could connect but i had to do other things at the moment

October 21 Meet:

Overall it was a positive experience. I started with a meditation, which is something I always do in the morning anyway. I used my mantras to set my vibrational field to a calm, comfortable hum. Then toning other words, I guided myself into the astral and had a beautiful visual and sensory connection with the souls of Michael and John. Speaking your names seemed to increase the connection.

For 30 minutes I stayed in this active meditative state: seeing, hearing, feeling and watching the experience of your souls. John, I saw streaks of slate blue outlined in gold throughout your aura. Overall, your presence was highly magnetized and focused. I felt you wanted to talk about writing and that you have many projects. You gave me a sense of strong intent, but there was some “bloodshed” in my images of you. The blood oozed a dark, brownish color that seemed old and in need of release. When the blood images ceased, you were propelled along with different projects you were excited about

Michael, I experienced you as playful with lots of gold, yellow and light blue in your aura as you moved and danced around. You didn’t project the earthy magnetism of John. You were rather light and flowing with no specific tasks at hand. Yet, when I spoke your name you had a “large” focused presence that just as quickly dissipated.

The last fifteen minutes of the session I lay down to get into a hypnogogic state. I got that numbing feeling and felt I was flying upwards. But as I became engaged in different images, my lucidity wavered. I had fleeting moments of the rock of Mt. Shasta. Then it occurred to me, why are we meeting at this 3d place . Why don’t we meet in the astral living room of Michael or John. Have either of you created such a place?

That’s about it.

I did not go fully out, but I got some impressions: An orange rod. It is radiating orange energy. A group of people hiding in an underground shelter. They look Native American. They are arguing over whether they should return to the world below the mountain. It is difficult to survive on the mountain.

I am ready!

I have a friend that has a store in Mt Shasta and he gave me a CD on Hemi-Sync Meditation i thought i could help me focus my thoughts and energy, right when i turned the CD on i went into the deepest sleep like i did not exsist anymore i awoke only 4hrs later and was like i had been sleeping for months and it felt good but i was then wide awake at 3:00am and could not go back to sleep or even slow my self down to rest.I did not remember going anywhere and that is not normal for me

Sounds like an idea ecleea The CD is 45min long and i am gone in seconds it seems like at least i know how to get a great nights sleep now and there is snow up on the mountain now just not in town seeya on the other side Michael

John, I don't think that was me. I'm not a "prober." I more like the type who shows up and looks around for the action. I'm the same way at parties too.

I love dogs and all animals,what kind of doggy is he or she? maybe that could help me connect

For 30 minutes went into intense meditation with Tibetan music. Had fleeting moments of genuine connection with both M and J and a sense of cooperation. Also had the vague memory of having met with them the night before to discuss and their  laughing because their astral agenda is so different then their earthly agenda. Meaning, want they want to do when they’re out of body is entirely different than what their “earthly” personalities want to accomplish in the astral.

Had an image of a teenage girl, brownish shoulder length hair.

I spent the time running around with strange beings. It was very confusing.

And last night Monday night i was taken to a place i remember but not from Earth and was told not to teleport around, I must focus my energy on what i am to do here on Earth my soul mission. and it has to do with the west coast i live at so i am grounded lol

I thnk John must have come close to connecting with my energy because my soul did not grow up around here so i have many friends and most are not human.And as i know it there has been DNA minipulation on humans all in divine order, and the missing link in evolution is what was agreeded to happen to help other worldly beings and there are waaaaaaay too many to count and all have an intrest in this planet

I haven't read Hitchhiker's Guide, but I'm convinced this is some sort of simulation. Have you seen "Waking Life?" It's video animation about a dream within a dream, lucid dreaming, and what's "real."

Also, do you know who Robert Bruce is? He talks about astral "wild life" and how you can pick up these things when you're in you're astral. His "pest control" methods are using salt and water for cleansing - something about changing the electro-magnetic charge in one's energy field. Some symptoms that you have astral parasites are feeling (and sometimes seeing) that critters are crawling over you and going in and out of you - anything from insect size to snake size. Have you ever had this experience? Just curious.

Sunday meetup - I treated myself with acupuncture before the session was to start, but the needles relaxed me so much that I kept them in for part of the time. Acupuncture made me realize how much I have been “working” at this whole thing instead of allowing myself to OBE.

I spent a good deal of the time trying to get out of my own space and worrying about leaving my body. So much of this is about trust and allowing and I guess I’m just not there yet. Poco y poco (little by little).

Anybody: Have you found that your increased interest and activity in the "astral" has provoked visitations from beings in 3d? I have felt the presence of "ghosts" before but today I experienced probably the strongest and most aggressive (not in a bad way, just insistent)  presence unlike any I've ever experienced. Even saw his shadow. Caught me off guard and I had to grab hold of the kitchen counter. Please tell me what's happening here.

Thanks for you input Michael. Perhaps the astral is a heightened reflection of the kind of vibe we send out. I'm a practioner so I get people coming to me in 3d with problems and complaints.  The being I encountered was insistent and asking for help.  God, I work all day. Do I have to work in the astral too? I'd rather do like you and just play. I'll work on changing my vibe and asking for protection. Maybe I'll invoke an angelic secretary to handle complaints.                                                                  

nov 18 meetup:

I used my method where I envision myself sliding down a silver cord into black nothingness, as I am doing this, my body in 3d slowly disappears and becomes visible and real in the astral. This helps me detach sensation in 3d.

I asked for a guide and he showed up and asked me to keep looking at his eyes. I had trouble keeping the vision. He kept telling me to relax and when i did, I was there on the snow and it was very real. Then David (boyfriend) showed up and took my hand as we walked in the snow. He said, “Let’s try to find this guy, John.” Then we sat by a rock. I got up and wandered to a trailer in the snow. Then I lost clarity.

John, looks like I might be getting closer . . . with the trailer and all. Persistence is the key.

I don't use tuning forks, but I say the Chinese name for the point (either out loud or in my mind) as I am inserting it. These names are so old and have been used for so long, I think they are powerful activators of the points.

I have been treated with needles and tuning forks and it's definitely powerful. Although I can't totally be sure because the acupuncturist who worked on me was doing other things as well . . . chanting, special music, etc.

I am working on a friends trailer but there is no snow(yet) lol I have been very busy OBE and in this dimension there are lots of shifts happening around these mountains right now and that keeps me on my toes to say the least Right now the intire west coast has alot of energy flowing through it<but then i am not any other place right now so it may be world wide lol

Last night before i went to sleep i think i was phaseing in and out of this dimension but i could see a shadow of a person looking at me from the side of the bed and this happened about four times before i went to sleep, i cant remember if i tried to talk to it or ask who it was maybe next time lol

 Lately i have been doing a great deal of traveling and meeting many beings and they all know my 3d name when i am OBE or i am teleporting the body with me without knowing. I am wondering if anyone noticed their OBES to be more focused on work or getting Earthly (things) done lately? or is it just me lol

I am meeting many beings and they are calling me by my 3d Earthly name so they must know of me in 3d some how> And i would say it is crunch time as you call it

There is that intent again. I keep seeing references to it. It seems that is my driving force these days, like I am letting my intent propel me in following my passions. I had strange visions; people coming and going. I can't remember much now.

I have been shown the same thing over and over again about the Earth haveing a mayjor energy shift and how it effects the souls incarnated on her at the time, And boy is the shift BIG! At night i am very busy dealing with this shift does anyone see or feel anything close to this?

I am going to use some stones and crystals to help clear my chakras, i have not used any so i am gunna give it a try, I have been through alot of different places at night and it soo quick then on to the next place, need to clear my head

Heres one for yah i was out last night and my goal was to steel a military helechopter and i got to sneek up and take one but it was sloppy to fly not advanced at all lol that is just one thing i do at night in my OBEs

I work with all souls on and off this planet,and i am not for or against any being i just am lol all humans on this planet must know they must raise their energy and go with Earth to the higher levels or they must find another planet to be on And i have not been able to focus and go where i want in a long time, i feel i am in another lesson for me to learn again lol

I dont think we as humans should ever stop focusing on connecting out of body as for my focus it seems to shift in soo many dirrections now i find it difficult to go where my thoughts thought i should go, like last night i went out of body and met with friends i have not seen in many years, very powerful friends lol and we talked of family and i said i was going up to see Mt Adams in Washington and they said I dont think so! you are goign to the border of China and they should me a map of a LARGE Mountain i was to go to today my intire thought process shifts to know what the heck! lol At this time i would say my plate is full, but i shift to another way of connecting and see what happens, I would like to see Ney York so lets go see the City lets go there and meet maybe that can connect us

In other words i am to do certain things while my soul is incarnated here (soul mission) that i cannot set aside or overlookMy soul agreement takes first place in my to do list and i dont even know what is on the  list lol It happens many times when i am out and want to go one dirrection and am pulled to where i must go, I have learned over the years to go with the flow because i am never where i am not to be

I didn’t connect this morning, but another interesting thing happened. I was just coming out of a dream, and in that dream, the dog came to me and communicated telepathically that he needed to go outside and do his business. A few seconds later, I woke up fully, and the dog was sitting next to the bed, waiting to go outside.

Dogs are very telepathic. I treat them in my practice and I am continually amazed at how much they understand human language, the range of emotions they feel and how empathic they are to their owners' problems (physical and emotional). I think they are much more aware of other realities than humans are.

I have felt the pain in my arm just like here in 3d after i go to sleep i am eighter bring my body with me or a great deal os my energy from the body or 3d.I am open to seeyin what any may think

Good point, Ecleea. If pain is felt the same in both realities, what's to say they are different?

I usually know in the back of my mind that I am asleep when dreaming, but only seldomly act on it. I think the reason is that I, while dreaming, do not consider the dream less important than the lucidity.
